  stepping down or posts becoming vacant.\n\nThe President gives her addres
 s\, which includes a summary of the year's activities and gives thanks to 
 the Committee.\n\nThe Treasurer presents her audited statement of accounts
  for the last financial year.\n\nA Ceredigion Federation Advisor oversees 
 the annual meeting business and gives a presentation.
