The W.I. cottage, Bronheulog, is believed to date from 1832. It was given by the Countess of Lisburne to the Women’s Institute as a meeting room in 1918. The property is Grade II listed, being of historical interest as a very early W.I. hall and for its connection to the nearby Trawsgoed Estate. The building requires regular maintenance and repair – both internally & externally – to keep it safe and fit for use. All funds raised at the events we hold at the Cottage go towards its ongoing upkeep. Please help us preserve this important and much-loved community building.
